We meeted many clients, some new client want just one type machine to drawing big size range wire,

but it is very difficult for one machine to do all the job.

And it's not useful and economic.

1) If need 80% of total production capacity is 1.2~1.5 mm, for small size range,

no big capacity for wire 1.5-3.0mm.

then choose Rod Breakdown Machine is not good for electrical waste and low efficiency.

We suggest to produce 1.2-1.5mm in intermediate wire drawing machine with 3mm-3.5mm inlet wire.

2) If need 80% of total production capacity is 2.6~3.0 mm,

then choose Rod Breakdown Machine is better.
